Texas Instruments Inc. could soon move into new space in Santa Clara, California, after leasing more than 205,000 square feet of office space near the Great America amusement park. The Dallas-based semiconductor manufacturing company completed the rental transaction for offices at 4555 Great America Parkway in the first quarter of this year, according to an office market report by real estate firm Colliers International. Texas Instruments' lease agreement for the space within Great America Commons — a two-building complex fronting Great America Parkway — is the second-largest office transaction in the region this year after Tesla Inc.
